How to Use
Important - It is very important to visit a Dermatologist and get a full diagnosis of your condition before starting any treatment plan.
Control your psoriasis in 3 months or less with the following steps:
-
Generously lather the soap in all areas affected by psoriasis.
-
Leave the soap on the area for a maximum of 5 minutes.
-
Rinse with water.
-
Repeat the procedure 2 times daily until the lesions have disappeared.
A full treatment plan usually takes 3 months
The average life of a bar of soap is:
Mild psoriasis - 1 bar / 2 weeks
Severe psoriasis - 1 bar / week
Other Important Notes:
-
Dermabon controls very effectively the lesions caused by psoriasis but is not a cure for psoriasis. Once the lesions have disappeared, it is recommended to continue using the soap daily to keep the skin cells under control that cause psoriatic plaques.
-
If you have persistent lesions, mainly in joint areas such as elbows and knees, it is recommended to apply the soap as if it were a cream 3 times a day.
-
If psoriasis is less severe, for example, it only shows on elbows, you can wash with the soap 3 times a day just the affected area.
-
If your problem is dandruff or greasy scalp, wash your head twice a day.
-
For stria wash the area and let the soap remain on the skin for 3 minutes, then rinse.
-
Experience has shown that results can be seen about the third week of continuous use. At this point some individuals discontinue the use of the soap and have experienced some relapse. As soon as they begin using it again the spots start fading away.
-
Some individuals have felt some irritation in the skin mainly in their face if they are exposed to sun.
-
White clothes might get stained during the use of the soap.
-
Individuals older than 40 seem to have better results than younger people. It is most likely because they are more consistent in their application of the soap.
-
Some individuals claim that the soap smells somewhat awful and/or that it stains lighter colored clothes.
